Come Home to Yourself to Live a Fulfilling and Balanced Life
Even if life looks put-together on the outside, inside you may be feeling anxious, disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck. Maybe you’re caught in cycles of self-doubt, people-pleasing, or harsh self-criticism. I work with highly sensitive adults, professionals, trauma survivors, and those diagnosed with ADHD in adulthood to move beyond quick fixes and into deeper, lasting healing through Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy and EMDR.
A brief call to answer your questions and see if we’re a good fit
I’m Erin Iraggi, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy and trained in EMDR. For nearly two decades, I’ve helped adults who look strong on the outside but struggle with anxiety, self-doubt, or trauma on the inside. As a mother, partner, and helping professional, I know firsthand how important it is to have support when life feels overwhelming. I’d be honored to support you as you reconnect with yourself and shift from just getting through the day to living a life that feels calmer, clearer, and more fulfilling

My Focus & Passion
I specialize in helping adults who are often high-functioning and highly sensitive, those with adult-ADHD diagnoses, or people living with trauma histories, who are ready for something deeper than quick fixes.
How I Help
Therapeutic Approach
Through Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, I help you move beyond temporary coping skills into deeper healing work. This allows you to understand and transform the different parts of yourself, instead of just masking symptoms. I’m also trained in EMDR, which can be especially helpful for processing trauma that feels stuck. This approach creates lasting change, helping you step out of survival mode and shift from simply coping to truly living more fully.
Let’s Connect
Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming. I want to acknowledge the effort you’ve already made just by being here, and I want to make the next step as simple as possible. Therapy works best when you feel comfortable with your therapist, which is why I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation. It’s a chance for us to talk, answer your questions, and see if working together feels like a good fit
